Life has been particularly challenging lately. More than usual. But I am thankful for many things.
* My husband loves me unconditionally. Actually, he more than loves me. He adores me. Why? It is a mystery that I cannot understand. He is longsuffering, strong, caring and kind.
* I have a great family. I have two sisters that I can laugh and be silly with. We say the stupidest, nonsensical stuff to each other and think it's hysterical and I love that. They don't judge me which is a fact I don't deserve. And I have a Mom who is sweet and good and right. Sweeter than sugar. Good as gold. Right as rain.
* And I have really good friends. They are few - but that is on purpose, that is by choice. They are few but, I promise you, they are Quality.
I have lots more to be thankful for than that, this is to be sure. But this is what I am thankful for today, as I navigate through life's twists and turns.

I hear ya. Some days it's awful tempting to just give up. But there is good this side of Glory.... I need to keep remembering that.
